IN-SHORT: A good afternoon read but a little forgettable. 

Ginny's (The Pug's) Review:
 I was given Devil May Care by Patricia Eimer from NetGally.
 This is my first time I've read Patricia Eimer and although I did enjoy her writing style it didn't tickle my funny bone as much as I  thought it would. 

Devil may care follows a character named  Faith Bettincourt who happens to be the devil's daughter. Although things are complicated enough for faith things get even worse as she tries to plan her mother's and best friends wedding while trying to deal with her angel boyfriend Ex and his families prejudice . 
Its all in a days work for the devil daughter.

This story is well involved and the characters well define leading to a overall likeable plot but sometimes the humor in the book seemed forced causing the book to become a little hard of reading and causing me to put the book down and pick it back up on several occasions. 

Devil may care is a good read but somewhat forgettable in places due to the feeling of trying to hard to make the audience laugh. I do believe this is a marmite book, you will either love it or hate it.
